Abstract/Description: Image shows detail view of the Dr. and Mrs. Otto J. Stein residence, located on Via Campesina on lot 4, block 1716, tract 6885 in Malaga Cove. View shows enclosed stone patio with garden. A large banana tree is visible at left, with climbing rose vines growing along roof edge above outdoor fireplace. The two-story, eight-room Spanish-style stucco house has tile roof, chimney and attached two-car garage. The house was later owned by John Boyer (after 1945).
