Cameron residence (also given the address of 872 Rincon Lane), located on Via del Monte on lots 16 and 17, block 1631, tract 7330 in Montemalaga. View looking southwest shows long view of north façade of the single-story, eleven-room stucco house with tile roof, chimney and detached three-car garage. Garden pathway and lawn along front of house and lush landscaping are visible. Bare hillside is visible in background. Adrian E. Cameron (1895-1967) was Director of the Palos Verdes Homes Association (ca. 1927.) This house received the Palos Verdes Art Jury's Certificate of Honor for the most notable residence architecture of 1924.
