DescriptionPVLD's Local History Center is frequently visited by patrons interested in learning about the history of the Palos Verdes Peninsula. With the closure of our library facilities due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Local History Center brought community history out of the Library with the "Pedal PV" vlog. Each episode brings a slice of Peninsula history and ranges from the natural and built environment to the area's social history. The Peninsula's history is fascinating - whether you bike, walk or jog.
